I tailor treatment to each client's goals, offering a flexible, client-centered process.
A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I believe that when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, therapy can become a powerful space for growth. Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating emotional distress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting change but feeling unsure where or how to begin.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology. I have experience in a range of settings, including college mental health, intensive residential treatment for adolescents, and the juvenile court system.
